Making
Picked and brought to the winery in 300 kg plastic crates.
The first maceration fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for approximately 8 days, while the must is turned several times a day in order to extract the color and aroma of the fruit.
Tasting Notes
A clear and sharp burgundy red color in the middle layer.
The nose detects a fruity expression, highlighting strawberries, raspberries and blackberries. Chocolate also blends in this delicious mix!
The mouth finds the tastes associated with the nose, with more volume, and as it passes through the mouth the freshness and the fruits dominate with intensity.

Old viura grapevines.
Making
The wine is made from a base of flowered grape must.
Fermentation is carefully controlled at 16ºC for 30 days in new French oak barrels.
After that, the wine is aged a further 4 months in the oak barrels in contact with the grape lies, and is turned – “batonnage” - every two days to pick up the full flavor of the grapes.
Tasting Notes
A bright yellow color, with a tinge of gold.
The nose can find clear and powerful white fruits, such as pineapple, grapefruit and orange flowers, perfectly arranged with subtle tones of noble woods and dried fruits and nuts.
The taste is fresh, full and vibrant. It leaves a memory of fruits and toast as it passes through the mouth.

Making
Picked by hand and brought to the winery in small boxes.
The grapes are individually sorted and chosen.
The first maceration fermentation takes place in French oak vats for approximately 28 days. The fermentation cap is turned several times a day to extract the color and tannins of the grapes.
Aged in French oak barrels for 15 months, and then bottled.
This wine has not been filtered, so natural sediments may appear in the bottle.
Tasting Notes
A clean, clear and intense burgundy red color from the upper to middle layers.
The nose can pick out splashes of mineral aromas, granites, with a melody of smoke and toasted wood smells. The fullness of fresh made bread, spices like cinnamon, and red fruits like raspberries, strawberries and gooseberries fill out the nasal texture.
The mouth is filled with the tastes of what the nose promises, with volume and a long and lingering symphony featuring the fruity notes that play with our senses.

Making
Picked by hand and brought to the winery in small boxes.
Rigorous selection and manual destemming of the grape, one-by-one.
Fermented in 1500 liter French oak vats. The fermentation cap is turned several times a day to disperse and sumerged the skins within the must, enabling the fruit´s essence. Aged in French oak barrels for 24 months, and then bottled.
This wine has not been filtered, so natural sediments may appear in the bottle.
Tasting Notes
Intense cherry red color from the upper to middle layers.
The wine has a complex nose created by its slow oxygenation process, so you can find pleasant randomness to the intense aromas of fine woods, of spices, of balsam, and even some traces of tobacco. Finally, there are more subtle hints of chocolate and memories of ripe black fruits; currants and cranberries.
The palate has a silky and balanced structure with a final long, elegant and warm taste.
